Rectangular Field Strategy Meeting
Focus groups on the diamond and rectangular field provision strategies are being held in July of 2023. These meetings are intended to be focus groups with key stakeholders and leaders of the sports leagues to review the results of the surveys, and provide feedback on the recommendations being drafted. If you consider yourself a key stakeholder for sports that take place on diamonds or rectangular fields, please RSVP to Chelsey Gray(External link) to confirm your attendance.

Ball Diamond Strategy Meeting

- Who: Stakeholder meeting with ball diamond user group representatives to review the provision strategy report and provide feedback.
Focus Group: Tennis
Meeting with key stakeholders of the tennis community. City staff and consultants from ReTHINK and Basterfield and Associates will lead the meeting.
The meeting will be held at the Sport & Wellness Centre from 6 to 8 p.m.

Meeting with key stakeholders of the pickleball community. City staff and consultants from ReTHINK and Basterfield and Associates will lead the meeting.
The meeting will be held in the Doris Room of City Hall from 3 to 5 p.m.
