Recreation and Parks Services is exploring the opportunity to provide a new tiered membership model to the community. The new model would include access to recreation facilities throughout the City that offer public swims, skates, sports, adult leisure programming, fitness classes and more.
Locations may include: Peterborough Sport & Wellness Centre, McDonnel Street Community Centre, Healthy Planet Arena, and Miskin Law Community Complex.
Community members will be invited to provide their input through online and in-person survey opportunities, and providing ideas about membership through the Ideas tool at the bottom of this page. All the information that is shared will be reviewed by staff and considered when finalizing the recommended membership model.
Final recommendations on the membership model will be considered by City Council through a recommendation report in the Spring of 2024.

The survey will be available until January 19, 2024. Complete the online survey now.
Community members are invited to provide their input either through the online survey or through in-person opportunities at various locations throughout the month of January, as follows:
