Public Planning Charrette Report Back

Thank you to everyone who participated in the Public Open House and Charrette held in January 2026. We are grateful for the thoughtful input, local insights, and meaningful discussions shared throughout the process - your contributions continue to play an important role in shaping the direction of this project.

We are pleased to share that the Report Back document from the Charrette has now been uploaded and is available for public review. This document summarizes what we heard, highlights key themes, and outlines how community feedback is informing the next stages of work. We encourage all interested community members to review the report and stay engaged through this webpage as the project progresses.

As the project continues to evolve, we also want to provide an update on timing. The overall schedule has been extended to allow for additional refinement and coordination, and we now anticipate bringing the project forward for Council consideration in 2027.

We appreciate your continued interest and involvement, and we will share further opportunities for input as the project moves ahead.
