Effectiveness and Efficiency Review Survey

The City of Peterborough is conducting an Effectiveness and Efficiency Review to assess how municipal services are delivered and identify opportunities to improve service quality, customer experience, and value for taxpayers.

Your feedback will help inform recommendations to City Council regarding municipal service delivery.

There are 14 questions, plus optional demographic questions

Submissions will be compiled and shared with the Effectiveness and Efficiency project team for the City of Peterborough as it considers and prepares a report for City Council’s consideration.

Records are subject to the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.

Participation in this survey is voluntary and open to anyone who chooses to respond.

Because this is an open, self-selected survey, respondents are not randomly selected, and registration or verification of residency is not required. As a result, the survey results are not statistically representative of the City of Peterborough population and should not be interpreted as reflecting the views of the community as a whole.

The information collected through this survey will be considered alongside other sources of input, including technical analysis, best practices, operational considerations, financial information, and feedback from subject matter experts and the public.
